Challenge

CEWE, a leading digital photo album company in Europe, was underperforming in Paid Media channels in Spain. In a generally speaking untraditional market for photo albums, performance in SEA and Social Ads was far away from company targets.

Solution

Developed a solid Full-Funnel Social Ads strategy that included: 

Brand Awareness: Defined a target user segmentation to target different buyer personas. Established a better marketing mix to increase brand awareness. 

Ad Formats: defined creatives for all stage of the full-funnel strategy and helped the creative team to improve ad quality. Tested continuously ad formats for better performance. 

Sales: Focused on sales goals to increase overall turnover and ROAS.

As it can be observed in the graph, the positive impact on results was immediately during the first month of the collaboration.

The team has focused mainly on quick wins such as reducing and/or pausing ad spend in low/no return campaigns and increasing ad spend in profitable campaigns. 

During the first 7 months since project start, Google Ads conversions increased by +82% and CPA decreased by -46%.
